Top/bottom/crank service:
- ultrasonic clean cylinder
- hone cylinder*
- replace piston/ring, piston pin, top-end bearing, o-rings
- service carburetor
- replace base gaskets and set squish gap
- check and replace reeds (if necessary)
- check ignition timing
- rebuild starter motor
- replace gear case oil
- split case, ultrasonic clean all parts
- replace case bearings
- replace oils seals
- split crank
- measure rod
- rebuild crank/new big-end bearing/new thrust washers
- true crankshaft assembly
- dyno break-in, dyno tune
* all cylinders are honed on our precision Sunnen hones with kart specific mandrels and stones. Rotax cylinders are honed with custom diamond stones.
