If you would like us to send you a pre-addressed shipping label, please click the button below and fill out the form. We will email you a Fedex label. We get very good rates from Fedex, so this can save you a lot of money. We will add the cost to your final invoice.



Please send engines CLEAN; any engine that comes in truly dirty will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

  • Please remove the carburetor from the engine and wrap it carefully. It can go in the same box, just not attached to the engine. Tillotson carbs shipped on the engine almost always end up with broken needles.

  • Please remove the spark plug and engine mount, and do not ship them (we don’t need them).

  • For Rotax engines, please do not send the radiator; we do not need it to build the engine.

  • Drain gear oil from engines with gear cases (X30, Rotax, OK-N)

  • When you get your engine back, it will be in a very heavy-duty box that we special order just for engines. Hold onto it and use it for subsequent rebuilds. The boxes will last for many shipments.

  • PLEASE NO PACKING PEANUTS! Bubble wrap and heavy kraft paper are the best way to pack your engine.
